The Branson School, located in Ross, CA, is one of the more selective schools in the district. Like Marin Academy, Branson has a low student-to-faculty ratio of 7:1. Branson is perhaps both the most selective and the highest-performing high school in the district, with extremely high median SAT scores and rates of college continuation. Like Marin Academy, Branson offers a large selection of programs and extracurricular opportunities to its students - funded, in part, by its expensive tuition.

Tuition at San Domenico School is comparable to tuition at the Branson School and at Marin Academy. San Domenico also offers extensive programs for its students, and maintains a relatively low student-to-faculty ratio at 1:10. San Domenico is also a boarding school. Room and board costs at San Domenico, in addition to academic tuition, bring the total cost for a year of attendance to $53,400.
